A combination of traditional honey cake and yoghurt-based sauce with the exotic yuzu fruit (a hybrid of tangerine and lemon). Try the honey cake first, then add the sauce for a completely new experience.
▫️Mochi ice cream:
A traditional Japanese Mochi dessert is something similar to ice cream and cake: a viscous and dense rice dough with delicate whipped cream. Our interpretation is lightly flavoured with ice cream, ginger and lime.
▫️Dulcey dessert:
The quintessence of confectionery craftsmanship – a dessert with Dulcey, the most delicious chocolate in the world. Cream sauce on a bed of berry sauce, fresh berries and almond crumble. The composition is complemented by gold leaf, which emphasises the elegance of the dish.
