Thai herbal sauna (temperature up to 60° C)
The peculiarity of this sauna is the use of herbal medicine alongside with heating. Therefore, the traditional Thai steam room is called herbal. The ancient traditions of the herbal bath were passed down in monasteries from generation to generation. Monastic doctors individually selected mixtures of different medicinal plants for each person (for example, lime, bergamot, tamarind, camphor). Boiling decoctions were prepared from them, the vapors of which were inhaled by patients. Mainly respiratory diseases were treated in this way. The traditions of the Thai sauna are not lost to this day.
When visiting the sauna, mixtures of herbs with the help of steam enter the body through the pores on the skin. The result is relaxation, improved blood circulation, recovery of strength and lightness. In addition, combining two types of exposure – physical and aromatic – the Thai sauna helps to cleanse the skin, remove slags and toxins from the body, and helps to lose weight.
Thai herbal sauna is also a very good stage of preparation for a massage. When the skin is steamed, it reacts to a massage better and absorbs aromatic oils. In addition, the Thai bath warms up and relaxes the muscles well. This means that they will perfectly respond to more intensive treatment, and the effect of the procedure will only increase.

- Stabilization of the respiratory system – moist steam helps to alleviate a number of diseases of the ENT organs: bronchitis, rhinitis, pharyngitis.
- Skin cleansing – heated steam opens the pores, helps fight sebaceous plugs and reduces the oiliness of the epidermis.
- Slag cleansing – steam activates the body’s cleansing system.
- Restoration of the nervous system – a relaxing atmosphere and a light massage help to cope not only with insomnia, but also with depression, stress and neurasthenic disorders.

Snow room (temperature 18-22° C)
The exclusive design of the snow room is called to create the effect of being in the winter forest. Soft snow and flakes of ice melt nicely on the skin and enhance the effect of cold.
Due to pre-heating in saunas, the lower temperature in the snow room does not cause discomfort. On the contrary, it carefully returns the body to normal temperature. Deep breathing brings cold clean air into the airways and has a positive effect on the mucous membranes. Light effects further improve well-being during the procedure.
