A combination of traditional honey cake and yoghurt-based sauce with the exotic yuzu fruit (a hybrid of tangerine and lemon). Try the honey cake first, then add the sauce for a completely new experience.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

A traditional Japanese Mochi dessert is something similar to ice cream and cake: a viscous and dense rice dough with delicate whipped cream. Our interpretation is lightly flavoured with ice cream, ginger and lime.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
